By Bus:
Stagecoach East Kent operate services 4B (going clockwise from Canterbury to Whitstable, Herne Bay and then back to Canterbury) and 6B (the anti-clockwise route) that passes close to Hampton Pier Avenue, Herne Bay. Bus times can be found by via the Stagecoach website or by calling 08702 433711.
By Car:
Getting to the venue by car is relatively easy by taking the M2/A2 and the A299 (Thanet Way) to get to Herne Bay and then following the A2990 and B2205 to the west end of the town. The race meeting point is at the west end of Herne Bay at Hampton Pier Avenue.

Please note that parking will be limited at Hampton Pier Avenue.
By Train:
Herne Bay train station is to the south-east of the race HQ and is about 10 minutes walk away. Trains between London Victoria and Thanet pass through the station. Call 08457 484950 for train information or see the Network Rail website.

The Man On The Run 5K will be held at Herne Bay, Kent at 11am on 6th June 2010

It is a male-only race

Entries cost £10 (£5 for U18s)

A medal will be given to all entrants
