The entry forms are available in PDF format. NB The PDF file will require Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or above, which is available for free from Adobe.
Pre-registered entries cost £10 for adults and £5 for under 18s.
Cheques should be made payable to: MAN ON THE RUN.
Proceeds from the run will go to Cancer Research UK and entry forms are also available from any Cancer Research UK shop.

It is a male-only race
